got 2 of them, (Tribute Cache (Uses Left: 2)), so guess it 6 hours for me, wow

Not sure you posted in the right thread there Chetta, but at a guess I'd say you were guarding a planet, in which case your halc won't work.
Will still go off, but won't prevent you being disabled.
