I've also seen 95% and 97%.

Everyone knows you get 90% on invades that should be a given, ie 100%. 0 def/att, etc.
I've always assumed that when you get something higher than 90%, that that's your actual chances. Just like when it shows your chances below 90%. I just assume Dan coded only the 100% to show 90%, not the stuff in between, so they follow the coding for all the other failure chances.

This is just a theory, so please don't quote me on it. And if anyone has any evidence to the contrary, I welcome it.

90+ chances are only allowed if the owner is inactive for xxx
I don't know how long they can be inactive til they lose cloak and 'invasion chance def bonus'

I failed a planet invasion yesterday and it said I had a 95% chance. I checked to see if the player was active and he was so I know it can happen. But your theory makes a lot of sense Sirier. I am inclined to think that anything above 90% is scaled down to 90% and for whatever reason a small glitch occurs from time to time that shows you your actual mathematical invade probability.

im wondering if its close to this but instead of anything above 90% showing 90% its only above 100% showing as 90.
and anything inbetween shows up as what the calculated chance should be.
very hard to test for though.
