i find phantom but no dread i think my game is glitched out and i got 16k scan

17 t.o. carriers rougthly = 300 * 17 = 5.100 kills, unless you had extreamly good luck with those
so your corect topic should be, I killed 5000 NPC and didnt find any Dreads only Phantoms

and 5000 NPC, please..... :roll:
if you are unlucky on a standart LM npc hunt and hit a time where the RNG just doesnt want to spawn them, you can sometimes do 1000+ kills without finding a standart uncommon LM NPC

so 5K kills and no Dread is basickly nothing....
a uncommon season NPC more or less = a standart Rare NPC when it comes to spawn rate

becourse Dan desided they should be clasified as uncommon...

and just becourse a NPC is clasified as uncommon, rare or ex rare doesnt mean it have presisly the same spawn rate as all other NPC in the same categoriy

take, Dark Trafficker last I did a NPC kill count theire spawn rate was around 3 times higher then all other uncommon NPC's
same with Lazuli Fabrication Plant and Silthion Queen they are usealy 2 to 3 times more common then other rare NPC's


and if you compair Sha'din Hyperport and Sha'din Hypergrid that are both ex rare
you get a spawn rate around 1 in 500 to 1000 kills for Sha'din Hypergrid vs a 1 in 3K to 5K kills for Sha'din Hyperport
but spawn rates for ex rare are not very reliable, as they variate quite a lot depending on how the RNG desides to spit out clusters of the same NPC's
some days you get 5+ Sha'din Hypergrid from 2K kills and other days you can do 5K kills without finding any Sha'din Hypergrid at all

I'm level 2200+ and I've found all 3 bane ships.

yeah i got a serious problem cause all the other 1900+ in my legion found dread like a uncommon as normal but me i dont find dread or elites also i only find phantom.could be a glitch that the game thinks im lower rank

No, you're just not killing enough NPCs. Double check your scan and keep killing.
