Deleted comm messages keep reappearing

Does anyone else experience this? Every time I log in, the ship comm always refreshes and shows old messages (less than 1 week but old) that I have cleared but somehow reappears. How do I remove them completely?

it due to you being spammed by artifacts it is already known issue that never been solved
