It seems that while both the escapee and probe are labeled as "standard" only the escapee and elite seem to be counting towards the medal. My guess is the probe came out this year and medal is a few years old, so it wouldnt account for probes.

I don't understand why no one has complained about this so far during the event. Both are Standard ships and should advance people on the medal progress. I think a lot already have the medal so they hadn't noticed it. The Probes are actually more abundant this year than the Escapee so it is difficult for newer people to get the medal. |
