In the middle of playing (killing a Dark Mass Carrier to be exact), my browser refreshed,and now its asking me to continue as Leeland and pick a race. I already tried rebooting and a different browser. I don't want to mess anything up, so Im not wanting to click through to where I can get to the help link. What is the support email? |

Same been happening for last couple days,even refreshing wont let me on at the moment |

They emailed me back just a few minutes ago and said to try to go to https://www.facebook.com/games/manage/, then click on the settings for GalaxyLegion and make sure the data access hasn't expired. There will be a button that says "Renew Access". I guess it's a new thing that apps have to re-authenticate every 90 days, and developers have to change something on their end to make it work. I clicked it even though it wasn't stuck anymore, just because Facebook support told me that was likely the problem. It's a new thing that Facebook is doing, and Dan will have to update the game to refresh the internal tokens. |
