Just killed one and had a shrine drop. There's nothing wrong.

i get them when i see that stupid npc my issue is the other npc keeps showing up and thanks for reminding me i need to pop the npc on my bt as it's timer is free |

I went something like 2+ months without getting a Torture Probe or Shrine. Sent in a ticket, because the odds against that happening seemed borderline impossible -- figured it was broken like the Uldrinan Onxicant or Autonomous Processor... No reply on ticket, but started getting normal drops again. No idea what was up with that. |

Actually I have killed about 10 Vicars in a row without getting a Shrine so there might be something up with that. |
