Hey what's up guys, something's wrong with my account. I haven't played the game in many years but thought I'd return playing along with my wife.

My wife can login and her account is there without a problem.

When I login, I get a new fresh ship and account, but not my old account.

In other words, I'm unable to access my old account. I submitted help request but what I got as a response is to login the same way I used to login with my old account, which is through Facebook. I did so, but I still got the fresh ship account and still can't access my old account.

What can I do to get back my old account? I feel there was some sort of disconnect between my account and the game's database which resulted in the game believing I was a new user, but I'm not.

My wife and I are in the same legion, so she can see my old account is intact and the ship is there.

I have some money to spend so I'd like to get back into the game.

Please help.
