your ram is overloaded and its having trouble loading the page. stop a few high ram processes and you should be fine. same thing happens to me when im watching southpark, youtube, listening to music, converting videos, doing homework with 3 adobe programs running, and downloading a ton of stuff. just listing it all makes me surprised my computer didnt crash... lol

Hmm that's interesting. Galaxy Legion really does use a lot of RAM. I just watched it and the usage is increasing by about 200kb/second. Is it supposed to?

I think somebody mentioned that in another thread a few days ago, but I don't know what came of it.

Same thing happened to me. I thought it was the coding. It hasn't happened before, and I have played GL for 10 months now.

I can confirm that GL in chrome is regularly increasing the amount of RAM it's using at about 200K per second!

This is strange.

DAN is this the way it should be?

I tried loading up Galaxy Legion in both Chrome and IE9 at the same time. The problem seems to be with Chrome only.

After a while, IE9 was stable at about 75k usage. Chrome was up to 190k+ and rising.

I made a video if you want a look. I encoded it with Xvid to keep the filesize low so if the video won't load for you, you might need to install the Xvid Codec.

Download @ 2.71mb

I just changed over to Explorer 9, and I'm getting it. I've only seen it within the last week since the upgrade (which fixed my planet tab problem, BTW). I've never seen it before then, and I think I've been playing since May. Is there some way to look up the date I got my pilot's license, Dan?

So the problem seems to be with IE9, chrome, and firefox.
And outdated versions do not have the problem.

Just adding my 'happens to me with Chrome' bit too.

Started happening after the last update where badges were added, though that could be coincidental.

I upgraded to 9 right about the same time as the last patch, so I can't rule that out as cause as well. Any IE8 or older users out there?
