I can attack a planet called "Manda" that belongs to a level 18 and I shouldn't be able to do that if the update started on the 15th... unless it is retroactive according the player's join date.

if so disregard/delete this. So I've been waiting to pounce on a particularly nice terra planet but the owner is still level 18 and as i was scoping it out i noticed the attack button was red so i clicked it and it worked. Didn't follow up because I can't have any more colonies so I don't know if 'invade' would work. I could have sworn it was less than two weeks ago that the policy was implemented. BTW the expiration is hard to find for oneself. I forgot where it is, too late now though. |

its fron the players start date. the planet i was looking at became attackable instantly. |
