Recap: You nail a planet with one of these things, and there's no population growth for 24 hours. Here's the rub though. Once that artifact wears off, the population springs back to max INSTANTLY. It makes more logical sense for the population to start to recover at it's normal rate, rather than coming out like lemmings in heat. |

oh ye it does, i did wonder how some guys planet population instantly replenished a few days back after i used the virus, i thought he was inactive, but that population spring changed my mind and i thought he used a cloning pod or something like that |
