was battling a guy i just got a successful hack because i wanted the point for disabling him and i popped off said artifact and attacked him again damage i dealt was exactly the same and damage he dealt to me was exactly the same too there was no benefit to using the artifact and where it lists what active effects on target ship no effect was listed |

did you look at his ship to see if anything was uninstalled? you might have gotten his 3 lazuli mind controllers and a dominion cannon... thats only -155 attack, which is nothing if hes over level 200. |

ya the item is limited to its power, most times or the few times i have been hit with that device i feel the player using it was riped off, because it only took off the lower lv crap i had on and as he stated above it is not that much of a loss, or benifit to the one using it. |
