Has anyone been able to use "Guarded Memorial" on the own Planet?

It seems that I　can't USE it at all, and wasted alot of my current cash and resources...

Pls help. Thanks.

i have 2, no problems yet. planted them both on my v massive v rich gas giants tho. could be that they were never intended for gas and had the planet type restriction reversed.

Are you trying to use it from the trade artifacts page? TO build mine I went to the planet, and did the "Use an Artifact." PLanetd 2 on terras so far. Earning third one...wish third wasnt the last one...

Thanks guys. Yes u are right if u USE it from the artifact page, u can't USE the item.
When i try to USE it from the Planet, it work perfectly. :D
