Harmonic Resonator Missing

I completed the missions and unlocked the next tier "Spy on the Resistance"....
....but I did not get a resonator installed.
Any idea what may have happened?

You have only ended 5 missions - keep at it, you will get the resonator after finishing and closing out your next mission.
The bottom of the mission window will indicate how many more missions you have left before your next tier award.
