 You are unable to put /a in a legion announcement, so if your trying to put a url in it which contains /a you can't

Programming limitation. Could required a headache from Dan to fix it.

It requires VERY LITTLE "programming" to allow all chars in both chats, and announcements, but Dan has put very severe limits in the allowed chars that one cant even talk normally.
