I got hit with a halcyon trap so I used the time manipulator because its description is that it removes all effects to attacks, scans, cload ank so on. It didn't work and I still cannot attack. I had two so I tried it again, still nothing changed. |

it removes the cool down timer you get when you hack/raid/repair it does not remove any effects. edit: and trade timer too. |

The artifact description reads the following: Removes any active timers for your hack, raid, repair, and trade abilities |

there is no way atm to remove any effect from a trap besides waiting out the timer. |

Even though it didn't work the way you wanted it, I think the artifact should be prevented from use if there is no benifit, such as not being able to use a Containment Cage if there is no harmful effects on your ship. |
