i keep seeing this plnet in my planet tab but when i click it is says not in scaning range why is this?

Not sure; it would make sense if you were clicking on it in your ship log, but I thought planets were removed from your list once the alert expired. You may need to contact Dan directly; see the "Read Me First" topic.

log out log back in, sometimes doesnt disappear when its share timer hasnt finished

I've realized that if you click the "X" in the upper right of planet and ship windows, it updates GL on what you did. So if you have a purged planet still showing up in your planet tab, click on it and click the "X" for your scans to update.
