Builder profession bonus

 The builder profession bonus text on the ship tab reads:
Builder: Upkeep +-50% The upkeep modification is applied correctly, so this is just a cosmetic issue. Cheers! |

Whats the problem? 100% + -50% = 50%
So say your upkeep is 9k + -50% or -.5 9k x -.5 = -4500 9k + -4500 = 4500 _________________  |

Its a display issue that will be fixed. It can confuse people into thinking that its "+ or -".
