connection issue

 Sometimes when I try to connect, the game keeps attempting to load but it keeps failing, it's like the page keeps getting refreshed or something. Is there something that is causing this? The only thing that I can do to correct it is shut down my computer for a little bit, then when I load the game again it works, but only the first try, if i leave the game at all, there's a chance that it messes up again and I end up having to shut down my computer to try to get back in the game again.

Please try clearing your browser data, and/or using a newer/updated browser. See:
