Data Archive did not upgrade research cap.

 I place 3 data archives on a planet along with a mineral storage tower. Both of which didn't effect the respective caps. I reloaded the page,and the browser and still got the same result just curious on if it is a simple error or if i did something wrong. Appreciate your time and Effort Dan.

Sometimes the 'display' of the cap does not update immediately, but you will notice it take effect (you will be able to store more points) right away.
