How on earth do you do this, been upgrading but can't see any option where you can actually repair the hull as you're putting in any upgrades. Also selling modules to buy new upgrades, it says leaders, is this purely leaders or officers of legions also?

Selling is purely leaders. My legion hasn't actually got ours yet, so I don't know about the repairing thing.

Repair will be part of the combat update for bases - which hasn't yet been released.

Yup. I assumed correctly because it's PVP-related feature that wasn't introduced yet so I informed members way ahead of time to answer their questions immediately after 1 hour of launch.
