Name xxxxxx'd out to protect the guilty party. So he hacks me, and steals a little rsearch. No big deal. But that should set the 25 minute timer on hack/raid and yet he fails to hack me 2 minutes later???? What gives? 7 hours, 13 mins ago From: xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx failed to hack into your ship computer. There is one artifact I know of that resets raid and hack timers... |

Yes, even a rank 1 can get it. (from artifact shipments) |

It only takes 5 minutes to reset after a failed hack. No artifacts necessary. edit: oh, it's 2 minutes and reversed. |

Ya the Time Manipulator is the artifact that does that. It only takes 750 artifact points to get. |

or possibly someone who really really good at multing, it can be pretty hard to tell at times |
