Your characters' stats, (including credits, resource points, and leaderboard rankings) settings, and timers will also be reset.

should be character's or just character
although there are multiple stats, there is only 1 game character.

After the whole comm reply shishkiboo on the new mission, the description begins with this:
We've pored through the data you recovered from the Deepspike ships

Not sure of the word you were trying to use, but to me it doesn't look right.
If I may, I think this would be better.

We've looked through the data you recovered from the Deepspike ships

"You purchase a Atmospheric Decimator"

Should be "an Atmospheric"

The Isolation Factor, in one of the comm messages:

We would show you firsthand... had the beacon remained in tact.

There's that space in "intact".

I asked the owner of the company I worked for years ago to write me a recommendation.

In his letter, he wrote "has a great repour with our customers" instead of rapport ...
Needless to say, I didn't get the job.

Probably wrong here but

"You purchase a Subjugation Protocols"

Should the s still be there because it's part of the name of the item?

Plexus/plexuses - both seem fine to me, kind of like fish/fishes.

Many words that end in -us are either not from Latin (e.g. octopus) or if Latin then they aren't second declension nouns such as 'fundus', and hence do not take a plural -i.

octopus: comes from Greek "okto" = eight, "pous" = foot. Plural of pous is podes (hence words like antipodes (literally "backward feet" = Australian).
Even if octopus were Latin ("octo" = eight, "pes" = foot), the plural of foot in Latin is pedes (hence centipede, millipede = both derived from Latin).

In any case, 'octopus' is a badly formed word because whether you have one or more of these marine animals, they all have eight tentacles (or "feet" lol).
So really, it should have been named either an octopod (cf. tripod rather than 'tripus') (Gk) or an octopede (Lat).
