 New ZA artifact Change!

Post New ZA artifact Change!
With the change to the ZA artifact (which i like). there are some issues i want to address for people that might not of figured it out yet.

If you had previously placed the ZA artifacts on planets BEFORE the change. The change might not of taken effect. TO get this to take effect you just need to visit each of the planets you have a ZA placed on and it will automatically update your production rates in accordance to the new changes in the ZA artifact. THANKS!
