Scanning For Bases With Blue Badges

 so how about a module that you can buy with galaxy points that lets you use blue badges to scan for bases as there are a lot of hackers out there who would love to do more for their legions.

That would be nice. As a newbie hacker, there's not much I can do to help the Legion, being able to use blue badges to scan would let me try and do something everyone can benefit from.

No, blue badges should be used to hack and steal base and legion information as well as CT-lab discoveries

base scanning with blues is a logical move but should cost more than reds.
