The basic idea is this: The zolazin tower is pretty darn awesome as is the stealth optimizer but once i finish the mission I won't ever have access to these items again unless I luck into stealing them from another player. So what if I could sacrafice enough that my scientist could study the basic design an reverse engineer it into a blue print I could then use to create them?

I'm not sure of the specifics but say I sacrafice 10 towers to get the blue print and after that I need to acquire 5 Zolazin techs that randomly drop from the artifacts screen? I don't know what the numbers could or should be but this way we could then still possibly get these items even after the missions were over. A similar process could be used for the Prejor items, and any future weekly event chains.

As a method of impelementation for finding blue prints on items that you've already used up perhaps for a fee, say a few million or billion credits you could buy the blueprints?

I like the idea, and I think it could be applied to future arcs. Though there have to be a way for people who simply did not get enough or have used too many already so i think it would be easier to limit it to new arcs. The next one is supposed to be Rogue Scientist League (RSL, so I never have to write that name again) so the RSL NPC's could drop an item that can be used to create things from the blueprints gained from the missions. Though some items wouldnt be allowed due to the power of most of the artifacts gained from the story arcs.
