Battle tab :

Rename the battle tab NPC , take pvp off of it. This adds potential for featured special npcs, more npc slots,and may showcase a random npc controlled planet

Create a new PVP TAB , put enemy ship links here, with expanded list, recent attacks from other players , showcase legion alerts on enemy players, and perhaps showcase a random scanned enemy planet

Legion dispatch :

While online , a group of 3-5 loyal legion members may dispatch their ships on a special mission. The players cannot pvp invade or base attack during this mini event.
The player ships may be dispatched for anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes. Upon completion the participants may receive exp, bonus arts, relics, etc.
Only a leader or officer may begin the dispatch
Costs to participate depend on the particular dispatch mission
Dispatch missions , for story purposes, may range from investigating an area of space, defense of convoy, etc
Dispatch mission availability depends on base level. One dispatch for each 2 levels of the legion base may be started per day per officer , leaders may open 1 per each level of the base per day

A few more before 2015 is over :

Black hole : when scanning for planets a player may encounter a black hole. Black hole scans last for a month. The player may choose to harvest debris in only one of the three types, res art or min. Production is determined by new research line, scavenge technology. May produce small amounts of ctp

Star : when scanning for planets , the player may encounter a star. Star scans last a week. The player may collect energy in the form of batteries that may hold up to 500 energy, dependant upon the player's level of research in a new research line called power storage. Batteries may be used to advance energy donation into a base

Badge exchange :

At rank 500 once per day a player may spend one of each color badge to open a badge exchange that stays open for a half hour

As players reach certain ranks they may exchange badges at different rates :

Rank 500+ the player may exchange 5 badges for 1 of any other color
Rank 1000+ the player may exchange 4 badges for 1 of any other color
Rank 2000+ the player may exchange 3 for 1
Rank 3000+ 2 for 1

This could help ppl get greens , or high rankers get reds.
Could be limited to exchanges between only ( red blue yellow green) and (silver dark)

Could be unlocked by a mission chain that requires players to perform all tasks needed for badging ( disable enemy , raid, hack, invade , hunt npc, disable bases)

Cargo:

Not a big deal, but it could be nice to have the cargo meter show how much space in your hold is used by arts, and how much is used for minerals. Bisecting the meter with a different color for the two categories shouldnt be too difficult

...do you actually hold that many minerals in your cargo? Mine rarely every fills more than 5% with minerals, and pretty much never passes 10%. My cargo bar is eternally 60-70% full with artis in comparison no matter how much I grow capacity.

I'd like to see something similar to this implemented, something for the UST buffs. Requires 30% of the active players to do tasks (pvp; so many reds/yellows/blues and 5 greens, npc; have to disable x amount of different npc races, and obtain x amount of silver badges) reward would be +50% to the buffs of that day. Similarly, the same kinds of tasks can be done to reward each member of the legion with a special arti, or guaranteed rare npc the next time they click the battle tab.

The exchange rate for Darks to Silvers would have to be insane, imagine all the Overcharged Exo clamps the heavy NPCer's could make, I imagine the top ranked legions would have 75% NPC a lot, and would only make their bases that much harder to kill, they already get a lot of silvers from the amount of 7+ bases a day they do constantly, closing the gap between their bases and the ones lower would be more ideal, other than to make theirs advance at an even greater rate

I was thinking more the other way, Darks= AP and cloak I would LOVE to trade silvers for darks so many more 2:1 + cloak buildings to be had! (not to mention passive cloak) one can never have enough darks.

New setting :

Id like a new setting that i can turn on and off , which increases the energy cost of items created in the ctlab but also takes 10% of the total energy cost and contributes it automatically to the base.
