We all are anti spam ... But we aren't anti bragging. And we want Galaxy Legion to grow ... There's been a wave of players coming from advertising campaigns (all these DOO guys and big CC players) but it seems the acquisition of new players since then isn't that good.
If the virality remains low on Galaxy Legion, the application will slowly die. Check out the stats, its trend is going down in MAUs.
From 38k MAUs to 33k MAUs in the latest Month.
The good thing is that the DAUs remains quite stable, there's a pretty strong base of players well engaged in the game: 8000 players. Hence a good stickyness at 25. (DAUs/MAUs) ... You can say that the retention is good.
http://www.appdata.com/facebook/apps/in ... 7300773894the K factor (number of invites sent from one player and accepted) is less than 1.
Why?
=> No gifting system using requests
=> No invite request available directly in the game
=> what are the benefits of inviting my friends? (rewards / Gifts / Need legion to do a mission chain)
=> very little use of newsfeeds on players walls ... Like 2 posts / day / players ? For a standard game, it's about 5 posts/H.
=> No use of direct player to player post (which triggers notifications)
These are just examples ... there's many more possibilities.
