i was just going to ignore you but you keep insisting you have given several solid reasons to why the cap should stay i must have missed them all care to give a recap on them

Its not broken its not wrong seeing as most players according to some here don't even get the 50 TM's in a single day.

If you piss off a legion that is able to dog pile you to that extent then you tryed to cash a check your body cant pay. Besides did you forget that you can send out a legion alert to?

And if the stock piles was depleted most players would once again not be getting over the 50 TM's a day.

So how about a compromise? We have a game wide event every couple months where the TM limit gets removed, and the server has a huge free for all universal war, in order to burn off all the stock piled offensive artifacts.




HUH!!?? The one word (halcyon) tells me all I need to know about where you are coming from. So... your one word (pretty much what I am saying... you can go defensive.. halc or stop attacking). BUT... as this IS a fighting game (hence there is no "dock with ship and have a party button"... there is ATTACK, RAID, and HACK)... we should have the ability to FIGHT to defend ourselves WITHOUT a handicap.

Some don't get 50 a day? HUH??! WTF has that got to do with anything? Do you speak just to hear yourself?

HUH??!! You have never been alerted over a battle tab hit... or because you are disliked by a certain ship??? Taking planets is part of the game... so is that is a check you find too big to write??
Alert... LMAO.. you get one alert in 12hrs, what is that gonna do against 10+ ships... nothing.. and with this current system you CANNOT fight back, so you are forced to turtle, that suits some it seems (you for example), but it does not suit most of us.... at all.

And lastly.. ROFL.. a tournement occasionally... so you can burn the artifacts that you don't actually get to use in gameplay because you are handicapped while you are actually playing the game... nope, not acceptable.


Basically.. what it comes down to is IF you are defending yourself from a legion alert THEY have unlimited offensive actions against you (well... 50 per member... so they have 2500 per day)... YOU... have 50. That is crap. You have 2 options available if you are alerted... turtle or FIGHT (remember IN a fighting game we are talking)... but Dan has taken away one of those options, which to me is wrong.

At least Dan.. pls change things so a "defensive" ship (being one that is currently alerted to another legion) has unlimited offensive actions during the alert. THAT would be fair.

The only thing that has been asked more then this would be for new content. Other then that this has been being asked for over and over again for over a year now By the players who made GL in to what is was. Many of us have been with you from the start Dan, or like right after the start why would you not lissen to us, Or even Bother to respond to us and let us know your thoughts on this. You wonder why where not spending cash any more why we are leaving ? Is it realy that hard to figure out?

This would even help alleviate the need for new content, as it would make PvP much more aggressive. Not saying that Dan should stop putting out content, in fact, he'd need to speed up anyway as this content is coming at a snails pace! But perhaps there is a logical reason for the slow down. Perhaps stuff happened and he simply can't put out the content so fast anymore? Maybe all his staff quit? Who knows. All I know is that to keep the game alive, Dan needs to get the wheels turning.

If I came across arrogant I'm sorry, that was not the intent of my post, the intent was in fact to express many players exasperation at his silence and speed of updates when his game is ever so slowly crumbling around him.
