Probably not, but think of all the legions that have players who have worked hard to level up together, this would destroy parts of their work. Also the point with NPC ranges

-1, 25% of a basic legion is 13 (rounding up), there are maybe 100 to 200 (at max) players in the game above level 801 (fiftieth highest player in the game is level 826), meaning only 15 legions would get members that high, leaving hundreds of legions without getting any benefit and also making them lose 26% legion bonus to their planets just from not having enough high levels in the legion

You can pay 5 GP to have another players planet destroyed... including Dysons and Exotics
So if you ever failed an invasion and the person bricks it... well you know the rest ^^
