Yes but why have all legions focused on one when you have 3 slots you have to use some strategy, but most factions dont have more then 1 or 2 legions in them, the only legions that are up to 5 that i can name off the top of my head are the Stormkyn Empire and Space Army
to this I have to say -1 for this thought. Then it becomes a simple numbers game, and having 5 legions simultanously declare war on 1 legion is pretty sad. If you can't cut your members down, why fault the target for this?
My legion declared war on 5 legions and won we were outnumbered 32-211 and we won, numbers dont mean a thing honestly.Or think the opposite way, what if the Dysonian's (and their Battle pact friends which I believe are The Unknown and the Galactic Paladins) decide to go pick a war. Now if I remember right, the Pallies have at least one off-shoot by the name of the Galactic Crusaders? that's 4 fairly damn big legions taking up pretty much all slots.
I dont know how much GP uses GC in wars but i doubt that they would unless its for planets GP can pretty much handle themselves.3 is a nice even number, large enough to have fun, not so large as to encourage the gang-bang mentality and zerging a target legion.
