having a ship-bot which normally builds deck space turn into research points makes no stylistic sense.
better to have it build more space on a legion base OR maybe emulate the small moons effect - x amount of ship bots can be used to build a space platform around a planet. this planet must have no other permanent effect, and the space station becomes its permanent effect. the size of the planet increases by 1-2 spots.
