Do it for any one who has done an offensive action in the past 2week. This will cut out a lot of halc's. and give some people a shot to avoid it. I know letting some people slip the fun would be against the point but 2 weeks is a long time. I doubt to many will be able to do it and it will make the crying pointless. dont wana die dont atk people.

Obviously you ignore the countless mods dan has added to help non PvPers in PvP. The fact that you ignore them either suggests that:

1. You're ignorant of dan's attempts to help non PvPers
2. You don't have high defense

1. Trinity-Core Drive
2. More recent mission obtained modules provide defense
3. The fact that you can obtain android helmsmen and not android tactical officers
4. Xecti Race Bonus

+1 i would seriously like this in conjunction with getting the dom auto blasters. We all know pvp gets much harder the higher u go, so why not, it's only 10-30mins or so, so i support it.
