That's YOUR OPINION. I obviously disagree with you. In MY OPINION, it would be an awesome artifact. Others using it on me? That's fine because I'd be able to use it too. I consider it balancing out. We'd be easier to raid, but it'd also be easier for us to raid others. Players are clearly divided on this topic and it is subjective. I understand the arguments for and against it. We have our opinions and disagree. Need we argue any more?

Y u so mad? if you didn't go off and kill everyone and multihack, you'd only have less than 20 raids, that wouldn't be a lot of AP/mineral (i know raid gives more at higher levels/crew, but with higher levels come increased AP production)

I see why you would want this idea, I have experience the mild frustration of not being able to fully zero someone twice your rank. I also see why people don't want to see this happen. But my take is we have debuffs for everything else, and if you have enough TMs you can zero their raids anyway, so I am rather controversially looking at others replies in favour of this idea. But I would like to see a high cost so that people would only use them when they were up against a very high ranker.
