The arty will add a % boost to the % you have to raid a base. Not over all raiding. If your comment was at my suggestion on this arty.

its more of a general statement. but Ill go half way and say can only be used on a lvl5 base+ maybe make it a addition to the new ally later on

The ONLY REASON I almost fell off the raids leaderboard is because I didn't raid anyone for 30 days to get the restraining order medal. And by the way, I like to multiraid players, especially ones that are hundreds of ranks higher than me.

i KNOW you know how to raid and do it well ... that's why you are on the leaderboard.

given that, i fail to understand your motivation for proposing a raid buff. if it's for bases, i don't care, but for pvp, i think the armories are sufficient. it's almost as if you have a target in mind, who has a better crew than you, and you just want to get a way to badge them back ... which is ridiculous, but that's what it seems like from where i'm sitting.

I DO have some targets in mind. But I never see them on my bt and have yet to test my crew against theirs.

A question like that should be sent to me as a pm. You're more than twice my rank. I highly doubt I'd be able to raid you. Or if I did, it'd take many dozens of tm's before a raid attempt was successful. Which brings me to something I was wondering about raiding chances. Is there ever a 100% chance of successfully raiding someone? Is there ever a 0% chance of successfully raiding someone?

If armorys get an increased raiding bonus i think cipher bots should get an increased hacking bonus. Since they are similar just in different aspects in the game.

But there's also sha'din algorithm to increase your hacking chances. But there's no temporary raiding bonus, except for the one from the service terminal available only in December.
