I know, but how many legions actually let the whole team use these abilities? I bet it is less then half of every legion out there.
So you guys can whole heartedly tell me you enjoy the current system for base battles?

In the example I mentioned.... What exactly is Que Continuum Second Row going to be able to do to stop us? Hell, when we attack Ni and the Badgers they can see most of us on the BT already. They toss CMs and nerfs at us, try to disable us, etc. We STILL sink their bases if we want. It's fun to blow up their bases only because we "hate" them. The actual battles are rather friggin annoying and we can't wait to get them over with.

Something like this would make the top bases virtually invincible while affording the lesser legions no additional protection whatsoever. Top legions are already nearly invincible to everyone not in other top legions with powerful battle groups.

Okay then Darth Flagitious, would you rather like to guard your base if it was locked by The Dysonians and you had no ability points left? Because then you would at least have a chance at saving your base.

nuron's point is that it would give some weaker legions a chance to hold off the bigger legions.

and darths point is that nothing about this helps weaker legions

being able to guard your base would help a bit.
ex- i have 2k attack that gets added to the bases defenses when i guard.

and there are people in my legion with 30k+ attack

exactly if we can guard, it would give us a better chance to hold them off.

no it would be a pointless addition to base combat high level bases would be unbeatable and lower lvls would be farmed more often

How would lower legions be farmed, if someone locks onto them they are going to disable them, its no different then it already is?!

sigh low ranks there are guys in most high level legions who guarding a base would nearly double its def/att this is why this idea will not be implemented

Low level legions will get farmed more because they wil get locked more as bases with high level players will become impossible to.take down.

Point taken, maybe if there was a level cap or something in place to stop high legions farming low legions.
Say level 6+ bases can only attack bases the same level etc.

the best example would be a few noobs guarding a vm rich planet(pretty easy to take that planet since a few hits and they're down) and a large legion like the galactic paladins guarding exotica(as nam would say, "most bases are easier than disabling a player"). I think you can see which one correlates to small legions and big legions

are you sure? so the dysonians can still scan level 4's. I though it was 3 below and above
