i say make it usable on all the crappy planets like barren, volcanic, etc
just finally give people a reason to colonize them.

add oceanic to the list , before people start the same story ...

i only would want to use a planet like this to use a artifact to make storage on a planet. it could be any size planet.

Warehouses are not obtainable except via GP. Polychoron Vaults are, however they are not as good as warehouses (arguably, depending on your AP production. I'm sure Mento has a million of them). So by making the mission use Warehouses, every person who completed it (whether through buying them via CTP or through traders) would cause Dan to receive GP.

It could be another chain like the "Planet improvement chain" (tht one tht strts with terraformers)

We already have a storage item like that in the CTL......why would we need another one that is even weaker?
