You know.. it occurs to me that a statue designed to honour somebody should be more effective when the planet has been scanned by multiple people, all basking in its radiance, rather than by no people

or to honor dan it could give 0 all bonusses 0 space o production and all it does is change the way your planet its on looks. costs 40 GP basically make it a gift to dan item instead of somthing wed buy for ourselves

Yes... However, abuse of footballs? Planet has 150 scans, you take it, turn it into a 22X monster somehow?

It doesnt have to get incredibly stronger with more people having seen it - i was just thinking something like "If 2 other ships have scanned this planet, all effects double" No different to "If nobody has scanned, double"
