New GP Item - Instant Loyalty

Although I really dislike losing loyalty, I'm gonna say -1 on this. Legion loyalty is there for a reason. Players who spend money to buy thousands of GP shouldn't be able to regain loyalty so easily. And if there were a way to regain loyalty this way, I would be compelled to spend more on GP, which I'd rather not do.

I like the concept but this still gets a -1 from me
You can't buy loyalty, it's earned...
