I'm not going to coment on the halc discussion, but if you want to make QFT traps better this could be an option
when they activade they also
1. purge any quantum flare efects from your ship
2. give you a 20% to 50% defenciv cloak + scan bonus the next 2 hours witch you lose if you hack or attack a ship/planet
that wouldn't make you imune to hacking, but make it harder to multi hack your ship
