Riiiiight. I'll believe that when I scan Dysons all day long. I've seen a lot of personal threats and foul language on my ship comm, and never seen any of the ships blocked from comming anyone that hadn't specifically clicked block on their ship, let alone banned.

Here's an idea: if you block someone and then comm them, you automatically unblock them. No more trying to hurl verbal abuse while metaphorically putting fingers in your ears.
