make this a bit easier to be said higher ranking legions witch also have much stronger base's look at there players race's...

now go further down the list to rank 30 and lower ranks and i bet you will find there base's are level 6 and they have about 10 zolazin's in there legion so you end up hurting the lower ranking legions in the long run for the fact if they had this ability they would use it making there base near impossible to be found but then the scanning legion would be finding all these higher ranking legions witch also have allot stronger base's not impossible to be killed but it is to a low ranking legion unless they share it to a higher ranking legion battle group.

as for the other arguments yes i agree we would then need cloaking mods installed onto the base now what do we take out to install these items onto our base if we so cared about cloaking the base lol i bet most legions would not care if the base is going to get found chance's are it is dead if it survives chance's are some bigger guys did not show up to help assist to take it down or people did not have the energy to take it out as they expected to have. -1 this is a bad and horrible idea all together
