while it does improve your chances of RP, it also gives you more Ship bots, Crimsion obolisks, more EMP pulses, it doesn't truely inprove prisioners it mearly remove the weight of one raiseing the rate of all remaining.

So instead, let's create a new artifact that gives 4 rank points, or 5 rank points, and ONLY players less than rank 700 can get it (that would mean I don't get them so I'm not being greedy or asking for a handout), and of those players, only those players whose artifact production is less than 33% of their overall total production points can receive them. How can you with a straight face say that, "it doesn't truly improve prisoners," right after you said, "while it does improve RP..."?! The cognitive dissonance is strong with this one...
