The 3 I have are from before its drop rate was lowered. Since then it's less than 10% chance looks like, I still see ppl say they have gotten one but it might be a 5% chance even. I see plenty of TO Carrier and use the terraformers and I've written of getting a Dyson pretty much. At this point it would add 7-10% on one of my stats, which isn't worth it to me, and that will be less valuable as I find more planets. But for the ppl that cannot live without it , they will pay GP for it , and there are a lot of ppl that view it as a status symbol (Dysonians? hehe), so I am sure it gets sales. I only coughed up 20$ for the FATHER relays and abandoning junk planets and race change after being dissatisfied with Taltherian, I may do radiant cannon in the future if it can be upgraded (I'm only getting them once, if at all, and not if it sticks to the rank you put it on).

I have been playing GL for almost a year now.. have 8956 npc kills, and have yet to find a QSE.. EVER!!

The only thing I really would use them for are for getting my worlds ready for up grading further. Such as getting the toxic 16X worlds I have up to very massive before making them irritated worlds.

OK I just got one after like 15-20 Carriers, so it does exist as drop. That's my 4th. I only see up to 3 TO a day tho, and it's just luck of the draw, 5-10% chance. Keep grinding folks.

I like it, whats worth the cost is always worth the fight and a lot of the missions listed are extremely high risk while i am still 120 levels below the starting point of theses levels it is a great incentive to strive for this mission
