 Top damager on npc choses reward

I like this idea. But as an added balancing, players cannot get more than 2 rewards from any one NPC.

Would be kinda nice to get more than 2 though. The first Stalar I fought would've given me 10 drops... (nobody else in the legion could see it..)

So how about elites can reward 2 max for a player, and bosses can reward up to 4?
