I've got some for Blue Badges and more:

Research Supercomputer:
This unique supercomputer are for those who are superior at hacking. This will grant a bonus to research for planets.

Type: Planet Chassis
Size: 2
Cost: 100 Image + 3 Image
Effect: When placed on a planet, it grants +5% research.
Limit: 1 per planet

Advanced Supercomputer:
This advanced supercomputer is greatly improved. This will allow much more hacking for those who are superior hackers!

Type: Module
Size: 25
Upkeep: 1 Mill Credits per day
Cost: 200 Image
Effect: +15% more research per hack and +5% critical hacking.
Limit: 1 per ship

Invasion Extractor:
Using the latest planet attack technology, we have brought into the market a special chassis that can "extract" the attack and defense of a planet.

Type: Planet Chassis
Size: 3
Cost: 100 Image + 2 Image
Effect: +10% attack and defense of a planet.
Limit: 1 per planet

Raider's Second Chance:
Failing a raid attempt is a nightmare for all raiders. Using what they have raided, they have constructed an artifact to raid once more if they fail the first attempt.

Type: Artifact
Uses: 1
Cost: 20 Image
Effect: If failed raid attempt, you have one more chance to raid.
Limit: 1 use per 5 hours

If you think that any of these are unbalanced or unnecessary or tweaked, please reply with the ones that you are talking about.

You know , it is quite difficult to accumulate 7 green badges... considering that it costs several Billion Dollars to invade a planet..

At least I'm not that high in rank. My mining and cargo space is right now a serious problem. I'll lower them.

Invasion Converter:
Using newfound tech from the Invasion Extractor, we have created our newest chassis, the Invasion Converter. Placing this on a planet will convert a small portion of the attack and defense into passive invasion defense.

Type: Planet Chassis
Size: 5
Cost: 125 + 4
Effect: 10% of attack and defense of a planet is converted into passive invasion defense.
Limit: 1 per planet

This is soooo overpowered. I'm gunna get one, go over to my mega colossal, put all attack/defense structures and use it.
Yup. Lets see... If you take Singularity Minefields. (450 attack) You can fit 40 on a mega colossal (450x40=18000) I would LOVE 1800 passive attack on my mega-colossal.. Now lets do it AGAIN! (3600) And over time keep doing it... imagine doing that with the top minefields and shields... mission Dyson mk 2...

YIKES!
Now I ask, why in the world would you put all attack and defense structures on all available space on a Mega colossal? Then again, this will make Exotica, Mission Dysons, and super great occupied planets unable to invade. Better off without it.

LoL no its not overpowered, there is a new structure, Darkminefield Size 1 , 600 attack +25% attack on a planet, limit of 2, you can have up to +50% Attack Bonus, The thread is in the strategy section called "What The..."

Yeah, so we can get it even higher? Now think about it:
2 Darkminefields. 1200 attack, 2 space.
Now lets get 39 Quasi Minefields... 46800 attack.
48000 attack.
+50%
72000
Now lets add 10% to passives. :D
7200 passive attack.
Now, imagine when they get another one.
14400 passive attack. ie. mission dyson mk. 2.

If you limit it to, say, 2500 passive attack+defense that would be ALOT better.

Only temporarily to get the passives. Then I'd get the resources back.
This is quite an extreme, but a perfectly possible example.

Look at the "Limit: 1 per planet"
And it's not a timer ability to convert them. It's just a chassis like the Darkminefields. Maybe lower it to 5% Passive invasion, but I already took it out.

1 Red
3 Blue
1 Yellow
1 Green

We need to balance these items.

Red needs 1 weapon 1 defense
Blue is done
Yellow needs an item like Raiding Party to clean house on an enemy ship.
Green needs an item to help you defend or take a world

I might have some ideas about NPCs bought from the battle market:

Dominion Transport
This transport is used by the Dominion Faction to transport parts made by their allies. They don't carry many guns but have powerful hulls that can withstand heavy damage.

Cost: 50 Image

Type: Transport
Rarity: Common
Rank: Matched
Ability: None
Hull: Moderately Matched
Shields: Matched
Attack: Low
Defense: Matched
EXP: 50
Rewards: (1) Dominion Foci, Credits (50%, Always)
1. Lowers attack and defense of a player by 25%. Works for NPCs too.

Dominion Overlord
This ship is the Leader of the Dominion Faction. Unfortunately, this is a clone. This ship is very powerful and should not be tampered with.

Cost: 150 Image

Type: Flagship
Rarity: Rare
Rank: Matched
Ability: None
Hull: Heavily Matched
Shields: Moderately Matched
Attack: Matched
Defense: Moderately Matched
EXP: 125
Rewards: (1) Dominion Blaster, (2) Dominion Nexus, (3) Dominion Data-bank (50%, 40%, 10%) (Only get one)
1. Module Size: 20, +200 Attack
2. Planet Chassis Size: 3, +400 Attack and Defense
3. Grants 3 hours of research production.

Invasive Planet
This planet has no owner, but this planet is very unique. This planet seems to have a mind of its own, defending itself against many invaders.

Cost: 100 Image + 4 Image

Type: Planet
Rarity: Very Rare
Rank: Matched
Ability: Invasive Action - Sometimes boosts defenses on the planet, increasing attack and defense by 25% for 2 hours
Population: 1000
Damage Cap: 50
Attack: Heavily Matched
Defense: Moderate-Heavily Matched
EXP: 250
Rewards: (1) Invasion Depletion Missile, (2) Invasive Guards (75%, 25%)
1. One use artifact, lowers passive invasion bonus of a planet by 25%. Limit: one use per planet
2. Lasts 2 weeks, guards one planet. Limit: No more than 1 Invasive Guards active. Cannot put another one on a different planet if one is already guarding.

20 Red badges seems like a really low price. Also, since I haven't gotten to the Contact Coordinates yet, I hope it's just standard ones and not matched ones. I'd hate to see people massively NPC hunting those that drop planet fluxes, terraformers, and Quasi-Spacial Expanders.

Supercomputer Base
This base is packed with supercomputers, making it near impossible to hack its database. Only few have successfully hacked with huge amounts of research points. Let's see if you can do the same.

Cost: 150 Image + 50 Image

Type: Base
Rarity: Extremely Rare
Rank: Matched
Ability: Drain - Very small chance to drain your current scan and cloak. A -99.99% on your cloak and scan for 2 hours.
Hull: Heavily Matched
Shields: Extremely Heavily Matched
Attack: Heavily Matched
Defense: Moderately Matched
EXP: 300
Rewards: 3 chances to hack into database
Chances of success: Extremely Low (2.5~5% chance) (Like the lottery)
Hack Reward: Your current research/hour X 15 (Ex. 5000 RP/hour X 15 = 75000 RP gained)
If failed, still get a portion reward: Current research/hour X 3 (5000 RP/hour X 3 = 15000 RP gained)

This NPC is supposed to be an extremely hard NPC. It would take days just to take it out since almost everything is heavily matched, meaning extremely strong for the matched rank.
