I think time would be better spent updating base drops and adding new NPC's to the game rather than adding this to base combat, and as Darth pointed out, it would take away from base combats for legions that go after bigger targets because we would have to kill the base and all the ships guarding it, for what most likely a tri-phase. All this would do is encourage more and more legions to disable weaker bases because not only do they have more chance of killing the base, they also get to add more disable and raids to their stats off of your fellow legion members.

For someone so new and inexperienced to the game you are really rather rude, people are trying to explain why your suggestion is flawed maybe you should try listening to there reasoned arguments and come back with some counterpoints or some modified suggestions to the topic in hand it would be alot more contructive.
