they would have to get all the tm's first and get the energy and then run the risk of getting zeroed if they do that's there own fault.

Yes sparky, but someone who actually wants the modules will either have reset and have a friend or legionmate send some , in low ranks they could throw every rank point into energy to have enough
once they got the modules and assuming they are in either a research or artifact legion they will have decent researched modules or have gotten some ship inprovements from artifacts

they may be disabled more often at lower levels but less in the long run

Seriously? That's the best argument against that you can come up with? A set of Quadframes and Cipherbots takes 432 blue badges and Proteans take 240 yellows. Even at low ranks that's going to take quite a while. And a lot of energy.

Simple fact is, everything worked just fine until Joe broke things with his cheat. He's gone now so there is no reason why we need this restriction. Unless of course Dan hasn't eliminated that particular cheat.

My meme was because the answer to your question is a prelude to a flame war. The who, what, why, and how of cheating in this game leads to massive finger pointing and long standing resentment. In short though, Dan limited TMs to address one issue in the game. Perhaps he can lift the ban now as he sees improvement.

I say keep the restriction. Why? Because there are to many players that would abuse the fact you can spam them and then zero the hacks and raids of everyone else they find, this would mean that other players cant hit the already zeroed players robbing them of badges/metal points.

Plus it goes back to many of the selfish stance many players have, "my play style is the only good one and everyone else that uses other play styles must play the game like I want."

in the begin it will be like this, once people used all TMS they got stacked up over a period of months, (will be used up very fast" , it wont be like that
