ppl have been complaining about halcs . this might help . another idea is to make halcs unusable unless you are under the effect of a calming amp

another idea :

special mission : 1 each of terraformer, quasi-spatial expander , and reality transfuser , and 2000 energy per click , 10 clicks total . reward : planet engine

planet engine ,unique planet artifact , 50 space , -25% production : use on a planet you control . the planet becomes invincible while the engine is attached . cannot unattach engine until planet reaches x15 on any resource . the planet engine allows the owner of the planet to upgrade the planet the engine is attached to via scavenger hunts, missions, minigames, or artifact . passive def, att, cloak , size , and richness may increase on the planet up to x15 richness, and 5000 passive cap , and colossal size . low chance of moons, rings or other event .
after the planet reaches x15 it can be unattached and placed on another planet to begin the process anew . the planet the engine is removed from suffers -75% production for a month

negative cloak minefield , planet structure , 10 space limit 2, +1000 attack/def , -1000 cloak . negative cloak makes the planet more likely to be scanned , and is more likely to be the planet discovered upon a critical hack

my "skins based on race" idea might need elaboration . for instance if i was xecti , it would be cool if the banner and other areas became insectlike in appearance , and should change based on the race of the player, unless they wished to just use the basic look which they could select under settings

one more :


when you guard your planet , it gains your attack, defense, and cloak . wouldnt your ship gain your planet's stats ? just a thought ....

i would like to see a boost to production for the planet that is being guarded , perhaps 1% per ship with a max of 10 ships ? or maybe you could assign your scientists to help in one area of production and the level of bonus is determined by the number of scientists assigned

when you click the energy donation button and the box opens, if you click the button without entering a number, it should automatically enter 2000 . this will allow faster donations of large quantities of energy

+1 to everything I read most of your ideas so I assume the rest are good... I like the idea about changing skins/homepage layout.

I agree with the planet thing but no -1 for that if we guard the planet gets our stats but we don't get the planets probably because you could brick a planet and add loads of att and def %boosters so you'll be bricking your ship in a way

lol always more ideas :

a repeatable mission similar to 'hosting the summit' that rewards a buff for mining on a planet similar to the research contract



new profession , hunter : players of this profession have a higher chance of finding elites to share with their legion . if they solo kill 50 elites , they receive a medal and a new ability .... maybe call it "maximize bounty" . after acquiring this ability , the hunter gets an extra reward from an elite that is killed

Just a tweak :


Change the credits part of the galaxy wheel to reward creds based on upkeep. 10 gp for a x1 reward should be waaaaay more than 5 or 6 billion credits.
Come to think of it, maybe a gp buy-in of cred's or minerals would be better

how about these :


sometimes i'm short on creds . i think a cool way to acquire them would entail repeatable missions , or a mission chain that rewards an ability that allows you to be rewarded with small amounts of creds and/or minerals when you destroy npc ships

planet crusher : destroys a tiny planet and gives you an amount of minerals

WTF? Firstly, why not just make it a GP module that costs ~1100GP? Secondly, well, I don't even know where to go with the multitude of problems.

how about a button that spawns random rare npcs ? make it cost 5 gp useable once an hour



we desperately need a better filter for the player abilities it's gettin tedious as heck to scroll down the list every time i have several timed abilities to reuse . split it up into pvp , npc, player , planet , and ally at the very least !
