there are many artifacts that can boost your attack, but from what I have seen there are only two (from the draw) that can boost your defense and cloak, the dark pyramid, and the grid console. I think there should be more than just these two (I don't know if there are more accessible to high level members from NPCs) that there is an unlimited number of. I was thinking of two types of cloaking artifacts, one would be like a crimson obelisk for cloaking, and the other would be like an xcharge cell for cloaking. both would have to be higher in AP cost so that it is harder to get, I was thinking about 7k points each. Reflective Cloaking Panels - increases cloaking by 5 points permanently Light Disruption Emitter - increases cloak by 10% for 2 hours as for defense, the grid console is a very nice artifact, and I understand that defense is usually more powerful than attack but since attack has more artifacts that can boost it up, there should be a couple of artifacts that can boost defense as well. I was thinking of something like this Tactical Maneuvers Manual - Increases Defense by 200 for 1 hour Emergency Thrusters - Increases Defense by 5% these would be mid level cost artifacts somewhere around 2000 and 4000 comment and tell me what you think |

i like it, i never really thought of it before but you bring up a good point there aren't any artis that boost this stuff other than those two. |

I rarely see people with this particular buff on them Customized Decoy - 26 dark badges Choice: provide 10% bonus to defense when battling non-player enemies, or 10% bonus to defense when battling enemy bases. Lasts 8 hours. This bonus is immune to removal from enemy artifacts. also don't forget we also have this one... Dark Eluder Matrix... defense against bases +10% for 4 hrs, drops from dark eluders Let's not forget these limited availability artis Tevrazon Gas Tank.... defense +25% for 2 days, immune to removal (comes from a mission) Stealth Optimizer.,.. cloak +30% for 1 day (comes from a mission) |

You forgot XRP Warp Fuel: +20% ship defense for 24 hours, not removable by contaminant missiles. |

Meaning you burn thru those optimizers to fast for them to be worth noteing make a way to get a few here and there they would be worth noteing but even with that boost AND being a zolazin spy its not enough to match the max scan you can have. |

Warp Gate Priority +50 is also really rare, and it could be repeatable...i don't see the harm of that low bonus for the high high cost |

Sounds to me like he want to perma-hide from the BT yet still be able to find other people to hack. Um.. Unbalanced perhaps? |
